Custom Modular Building Construction is the ideal method for a developer to build a repeating series of homes or a series of custom built homes on development land.  Homes, offices, hotels, multifamily homes are all ideal candidates for modular factory building.


While the homes, cabins, or building components are being specially constructed in our indoor factory setting, the developer can simultaneously prepare the site.  This saves you up to 90% of the time of a full on site construction.  Whereas in old style building one must do site prep, foundations/basements all before any of the construction on structure takes place.
